Leo & Alpine – Grand Rapids, Michigan

Leo & Alpine is a transit-oriented redevelopment project situated on a formerly underutilized brownfield site. The project is a mixed-income community consisting of 36 apartment homes and approximately 2,250 square feet of commercial space split between two storefronts. The development, financed with low-income housing tax credits, has increased density as well as provided affordable housing and new employment opportunities along an important corridor in the city of Grand Rapids. Leo & Alpine was developed in partnership with Third Coast Development. Third Coast has local expertise and demonstrated experience in commercial and residential development and leasing in the Grand Rapids market. This project was completed in Spring of 2019.
