Our employees are like family to us at PK. We strive to keep our employees with benefits and compensation that are competitive in the industry, and we strive to have that personal touch by interacting with our on-site personnel. Our annual training meetings include a couple of days of training regarding up-to-the-minute issues and topics in housing and a dinner to celebrate all of our great staff. We believe it is important to let our staff know how important they are to us as well as to the assets they manage for us. It is important to us that they know that we could not do the great job we do without them.
